Mr. Graves comes from a long line of real estate industry experts who specialize in architecture, development and property management. After graduating from Notre Dame in 2002, David began his real estate career as the director of analysis and procurement for a local investment firm. In that capacity, he played an integral role in the acquisition of numerous companies as well as in developing projects including, but not limited to Porsche of Lexington and Lexus of Lexington. In 2006, David was recruited into the commercial real estate brokerage industry where he specialized in investment sales, property management, tenant representation and leasing. He has also assisted lending institutions with many of their distressed assets, offering them services such as property management, helping increase property values and brokering the dispositions of such assets. His experience and capacity to understand each individual deal makes him a valuable asset to any transaction.  David had a distinguished basketball career at Notre Dame - a 4-year letterman and captain in 2002, where his leadership abilities were fine-tuned and developed. He is married to Casey, a marketing executive, and they have one child and live in Lexington, Ky.

After graduating with a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and enjoying a successful 8 years in professional basketball, Mr. Lubeck joined Pinnacle Realty Group as a commercial broker. He started with the investment sales of multi-family and office buildings before he added leasing, tenant representation and property management to his resume. Brian is now responsible for expanding the already vast property management division of CPG. Brian still enjoys playing basketball and is a world traveler as a result of his career as a professional. As a result, he has formed relationships globally, enhancing his ability to network deals in the real estate industry. Brian is recently married, and he and his new wife, Betsy, enjoy spending time with friends and family in their Lexington home.

After graduating with a Bachelors degree from Georgetown College, Blake began his career in pharmaceutical sales in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  After spending two years in Bowling Green, Blake moved back to Lexington to work in medical sales.  His territory included most of the state which has enhanced experience with working with people.  As a result, he has formed relationships across the state enhancing his ability to network deals in the real estate industry.  He is now responsible for expanding the already vast leasing, tenant representation and property management at Cypress Property Group.  Before his professional career, Blake had a successful football career at Georgetown College - a 2 time National Champion, 4 year letterman, and a Team Captain in 2004.  He enjoys spending time working out, staying active and being with his family and friends.

Upon graduation from the United State Air Force Academy in 2000, Mr. Heitz was commissioned as a communications officer.  After five years of service to his country he took some time off to travel the world while eventually moving to British Columbia.  During that time, Cory worked online as a heavy machinery broker with several Central Kentucky businesses.  He moved back to Lexington in early 2008 and began working with his father in commercial real estate and redevelopment of environmentally challenged properties.  Their company has cleaned up sites for renewed use in three states and currently has grants approved in for over two million dollars in funding.  Cory also works as an investment banker by taking small companies public.  In his free time he enjoys traveling, volunteering with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, coaching high school basketball, and leading international builds with Habitat for Humanity.   

Lanny Brannock

Lanny Brannock comes from the world of communications, politics and television news. He graduated from the University of Eastern Kentucky with a degree in Journalism and minors in Broadcast and Psychology. Lanny started his tv career here in Lexington in the 1990s and was a political reporter at both WKYT Channel 27 and WLKY in Louisville. He has also served as an agency level Communications Director in the last two governor's administrations. He plans to use his photography and video skills to help his clients sell their property fast and to show buyers what a property really looks like with high quality video production.

Lanny will focus on commercial real estate here at Cypress. He already has extensive knowledge of all of central, eastern and southern Kentucky having traveled all over the state during his television days. Originally from the tiny town of Millersburg, Kentucky, he now lives in Georgetown with his family. Lanny enjoys exercising, spending time with his children and cheering on the Kentucky Wildcats.

Patrick is one of those people who has never met a stranger. Born and raised in Lexington, Patrick's welcoming personality and passion for meeting and getting to know others make him a perfect fit for the Cypress Property Group team. Having spent much of his life as a student-athlete, his experiences on and off the field have prepared him to take on the challenges in the real estate industry. Patrick played baseball and basketball at Tates Creek High School. He continued his baseball career at Columbia State Community College and St. Catharine College where his role as a pitcher developed his leadership skills and enhanced his ability to work under pressure. After shoulder surgery ended his baseball career, he went on to receive a degree in Business Administration majoring in Management from the Gatton College of Business and Economics at the University of Kentucky in 2011. Patrick continues to maintain an active lifestyle. He enjoys watching and attending sporting events, working out and playing golf. He also likes meeting with his Bible study group, spending time with his family and friends and being a member of Southland Christian Church. He looks forward to the many new faces he will meet throughout his career as a real estate agent.
