CPG successfully brokered the sale of a brand new Sleep Outfitters. Located on the busy New Circle Rd in Lexington, KY which averages more than 42,000 cars per day, this was an excellent investment opportunity that we are confident will see great returns in the coming years.

Brian Lubeck of Cypress Property Group brokered a new 10,000 sq/ft Sleep Outfitters in Corbin, Ky in the Trademark Shopping Center, a power center in the heart of Corbin, Ky.  Sleep Outfitters is a family owned Mattress retailer owned by IMS.  They are located in West Virginia, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky with aggressive growth plans in the future. 

MedPro Relocation

145 Rose Street

David Graves of Cypress Property Group is proud to announce the successful Corporate Relocation of MedPro Safety Products to 145 Rose Street in Lexington, Ky, the former FedEx Kinko's building. MedPro has moved their Corporate Headquarters into downtown in order to accomodate their rapid growth. MedPro (MPSP) is a publically traded company that develops medical device technology to protect the healthcare worker.

Smashburger-Nicholasville Road

David Graves successfully represented Smashburger on a new location on Nicholasville Road. Smashburger occupies 2,500 sq/ft in a new retail strip near Fayette Mall in Lexington, Ky. Other tenants include Verizon Wireless, Aspen Dental and Dr. Bizer's Value Vision. This is the 2nd location in Lexington with plans for future growth.

Absolute Auction of Land on Palumbo Drive

On October 11, 2011, Cypress Property Group partnered with Jim Halfhill Auction Group to conduct an absolute auction of two parcels of industrial land at 2650 Palumbo Dr. in Lexington. The auction proved to be a success as the two parcels sold together for more than 7 acres of real estate to the new owner.
